The most expensive coffee in Marbella
The record belongs to the hotel lobbies. At Puente Romano and Marbella Club, a simple espresso lands between €5 and €9 once service is added — five times the price of the same cup in Marbella old town. Order it on the terrace at sunset and the bill is the entry ticket to the address, not the coffee.
Three practical rules:
- Coffee before 12:00 is the cheapest way to sit in these places.
- Cocktails jump about 40% after 20:00, when live music starts.
- Water is charged, always. A large bottle is €6 – €9.
The night side: clubs and table minimums
Olivia Valère remains the reference for late nights, with bottle minimums from roughly €500 and far more on peak August weekends. Closer to Puerto Banús, La Sala is the softer, dinner-then-dancing option, with cocktails in the high teens and tables that do not require a four-figure spend.
